Details

Submitted by[?]: Partito Popolare Osiano

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 4923

Description[?]:

The election of mayors should be a right once again recognized to the citizens. This republic plunged the country into a quasi clerical regime with too powers to the president which weare not surprised has been almost an exclusive position for PNI, backed by the ubfair influence and support of the church. The current law on the appointment of mayors is a sympthom of this situation.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.

Random quote: "Hatred is not, and should never be considered as another form of freedom of expression." - Icarion Dadhelus, former Selucian politician
