WHEREAS the Draddwyr people have commonly been marginalized in the history of Dankuk; WHEREAS unspeakable acts have been committed in the past by brother against brother; WHEREAS the new government of the Soviets strives to rectify the wrongdoings of the past; WHEREAS the fraternal spirit of peoples in international socialist brotherhood ought to and must be commemorated; this Senate shall: Article I: Make provisions to create and fund a new Institute for the Draddwyr Culture and Language under the Ministry of Education & Culture Article II: Make provisions to create and fund a Draddwyr Genocide Museum in the city of Port Rynach under the Ministry of Education & Culture Article III: Print all official government documents and PSAs at every administrative level in the Kyo, Draniano, and Draddwyr languages Article IV: Designate June 16th a Federal Public Holiday; as the "Day of International Fraternity and Solidarity of Races" |
