Massive amounts of funding and resources are to make this the nation's TOP PRIORITY; as the international position of the UCCR has become quite unstable. Enough uranium has been secured to efficiently be enriched to create around 10 warheads. WMDs acquired from the project are intended for SELF-DEFENSE ONLY; complying with the Red Army's policy of non-aggression. They are to be managed by the Strategic Rocket Forces. The program is expected to be completed with the first nuclear test deadline by 4945 in the latest. |
