| BE IT RESOLVED, that the Prime Minister may make appointments of government ministers, parliamentary secretaries, and other positions for the execution of his/her policy agenda. THAT in the instances where a member of the cabinet has resigned died or been fired, that the Prime Minister appoints a new member to replace the aforementioned cabinet member within thirty days after notification of such. APPOINTMENTS • Secretary for Commerce and Industry: Bandino de Alberinis >>> Mr. Bandino de Alberinis is a businessman, philanthropist, and politician representing Battizio. He holds a Bachelors's in Economics, an MSc in Finance and Asset Management, and an MBA (International Business and Entrepreneurship).
