| The following competences are devolved to the duchies: Article 1 - Each duchy diet has the right to determine with a two-thirds majority the number of seats after the next election, as long as it is comprised between 51 and 201. Article 2 - Each duchy has the right to determine with a two-thirds majority the electoral threshold for the next election, as long as it is comprised between 3 and 7 percent. Article 3 - Each duchy has the right to determine with a two-thirds majority the number of seats allocated to the largest party or coalition for the next election, as long as it is comprised between 15 and 35 % of the total number of seats. |
