| Upon passage of this bill, August Revolution Day will officially cease to be a national public holiday. A new holiday shall be designated on December 25 to be known as the "Day of Victory over Fascism", in recognition of the victory of Allied forces over the Imperial Coalition, and the unconditional surrender of the Empire of Gao-Soto. |
