| In the name of my parliamentary group, I would like to thank the Alliance and Monarchist Tory Party for supporting our Judicial System and Police Reform Act. Our reform proposal was almost unanimously passed by this Diet. I, therefore, invite the Alliance to form a right-wing cabinet with our party so that we can keep on with the reforms. The New Luthorian Church vehemently opposed the bill, stating "The Church will not watch idly as the NM turns our country into a police state!". This left-wing party also put forward a human rights bill that is clearly against our values. We believe there is a clear divergence between the two government partners. It would be wise if the Alliance could put the left-wing NEW on the sidelines and instead work with us until the next election. If the New Luthorian Church has principles, then their ministers should resign and stop supporting a government with the Alliance. |
