| I, the President of the Reich Jonas Meyer, hereby disband parliament and call for new elections. In discussion with the Reichskanzler and others in government we have come to the conclusion that the country craves new elections after the fall of the previous government, and that the DLVP as a democratic party wishes to grant this wish. |
