Article 1
Section 2 - The Regency Council as collective head of state shall be responsible for the appointment of Governors of Governorates with consultation of the Ministry of the Interior and Office of the Prime Minister of the Majatran Kingdom of Kafuristan;

Section 3 - The Governors are responsible for the appointment of executives of District (Level 2 Sub-Divisions) and Sub-Districts (Level 3 Sub-Divisions).

Section 4 - This amendment to the Constitution of the Majatran Kingdom of Kafuristan may be overturned by the simple majority of the national legislature.
