Details
Submitted by[?]: Centro Democratico
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 4972
Description[?]:
We propose to de-politicize the civil service, moving to a system where proven ability, not partisan allegiance, forms the key requirement for employment. This will also help us move to a system where concord on policy, rather than expectations of patronage, motivates political decisions, and increase the confidence of the people in our institutions. |
