| Hello A ACH (Aloria Capital Holdings) wil do investment 345000 alo each I n Royal + NFR Med Labs& Royal + NFR Pharmacy also Medical Assistance Ltd B ACH do donate 1 mil ALO to Bronze Initiatives ( BPil) & also donate 10000 alo a year to Bpil C Bronze Initiatives will invest 100000 each in Royal + NFR Labs & Medical Assistance , 150000 alo in Royal + NFR Pharmacy. BPil will be part owner of all three corporations ACH will be full owner D ACH sells shares worth 1 mil ie approx 40 % to Bronze Initiatives Regards Alex Williams President of Aloria |
