Act proposes more progressive policy torwards foreign policy, refugees and immigration. Both refugees and immigrants should face Federal Immigration and Customs Commission (FICC/FIDK), to give an application for citizenship (for immigrants) or asylum (for refugees). While first ones would also face an FIDK interview, refugees will be given all help needed, while getting more information about reasons and problems of instability in the country of refugees. |
