Description[?]:
Infrastructure & Transport minister Mr. Antonio Barnes is putting a major infrastructure development plan before the senate after months of planning and finalising which proposals would be included. The BCP wants to improve infrastructure across the nation while focusing on the importance of climate change, one of the biggest proposals in the bill is free public transport which will encourage citizens to use the public transport system and rely less on private vehicles which is a major contributor to climate change due to emissions. This bill if passed would improve the lives of people living here. > 'Free public transport' - By providing transport free of charge across the nation, we are making it easier for our citizens to get to work, go on day trips and visit family while encouraging our citizens to move away from private cars and rely on our new public transport system which will also help reduce our nations affect on climate change by cutting down on our emissions. > 'Regulating rents' - By regulating rents across the country, we are helping our citizens from been charged unreasonable amounts of money by landlords which will in turn increase the amount of people renting homes at cheaper prices making Baltusia a great place to live and work. > 'Power grid' - We want each region to take charge of it's power grid which will allow them to provide energy based on each regions needs and prevent loads of energy going to waste each year that is not used due to too much energy been produced. > 'Highway system' - We are proposing allowing local governments to provide better highway systems in their area alongside the national highway provided by the government to improve Baltusia's roads making it easier to travel. |

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
Random quote: "Public schools are government-established, politician- and bureaucrat-controlled, fully politicized, taxpayer-supported, authoritarian socialist institutions. In fact, the public-school system is one of the purest examples of socialism existing in America." - Thomas L. Johnson |
