| It is a belief of this government that, as a Union of two nations, the capital of this union must belong to both, and not only to one of them. For this reason, the government proposes that, together with Colsamia (formerly Romula), as the capital of Quanzar and former capital city of Istalia, the city of Pontolasch (formerly Palerno), as the capital of Alaria, share that position. Sofia Barberi, President of the Federal Council OOC: as per game mechanics, we're not able to allow two cities to be the capital of the nation, so this will be a RP Bill. |
