The government believes alcohol, tobacco, and recreational drugs pose a threat to the moral fabric of society and should be confined to private usage or within limitations of a permissible nature. Alcohol production for public use is forbidden in order to promote temperance and tobaccos with high tar content illegal on grounds relating to health. Women may not consume either be it in private or public quarters as such behaviour is unbecoming of the fairer sex |
