Fellow members of the Federal Assembly

This government believes that it is important to reinforce the separation of powers. In this case, this law is aimed at the separation of legislative and executive powers.

With the approval of this law:

I: the members of the Federal Council of the Union of Quanzar and Alaria will not be able to form part of the Federal Assembly.

II: In case of being designated as members of the Federal Council and holding the position of parliamentarian in the Federal Assembly, the position of parliamentarian must be renounced, and this position will be occupied by a new elected representative of the same political party.

III: The members of the Federal Council will continue to attend the meetings of the Federal Assembly and defend the government's proposals, although they will not be able to vote on them.
