**Pursuant to the constitution, the President may appoint, following consultations with the Prime Minister and Leader of Opposition, positions of importance related to the governance/administration of independent government entities; The Office of the President provides notice for the appointment of Mr. Ajit Sharma, as High Commissioner of the Rutanian Trade and Investment Commission.

Mr. Ajit Sharma, is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in international trade law. He graduated from the University of Dunblane with a Bachelor of Arts in Artanian History. He went on to study at the University of Haldor, where he obtain a Master of Laws in International Trade Law. Prior to his appointment he served as Partner for Murphy & Shepherd LLC.

Be it resolved that following the approval of House of Representatives that Mr. Ajit Sharma be appointed to serve within the aforementioned position for a period not exceeding 5 years.
