Description[?]:

Over time, Crime has become an increasinly alarming issue. This bill, most simply, seeks to fix issues within the criminal justice system.

Death Penalty - Legalizing the death penalty in certain cases for the most severe crimes will act as a powerful deterrent. It will also decrease the money spent on housing non-productive life sentence prisoners.

Police Presence - Delegating the task of police placement and patrol schedules will allow those closer and more familiar with the issues to properly prevent and respond to crimes.

Police Powers - Seemingly in converse, maintaining federal standards of police powers will ensure that police are held accountable, and have the powers needed to stop crime.

Prison Labor - Allowing prisoners to work voluntarily for a small wage will enhance our abilities to reinstate them into society. It also creates revenue for the government, as well as keeps them busy, preventing plotting or gang organization.

Random quote: "The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now." - Louis Proyect
