Bill: Gender and Sexuality Devolution Act of 5095

Details

Submitted by[?]: Likatonian Freedom Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 5095

Description[?]:

Localities should possess the right to say what is and is not acceptable socially and legally. Like-minded people tend to live near each other, and as such, should not be tied down by the federal government in what is right or wrong. This goes for both sides of the transgender and homosexuality arguments, if one wants to be homosexual, then they shall be free to move to where it is legal. If one is against homosexuality, they may move to a locality where it is illegal, preventing conflict, violent or otherwise, and preserving the people’s right to association.
