| While pornography shall be legal and regulated; I. There shall be no abuse or exploitation of the actors involved, and the government shall take any and all allegations of such behaviors seriously. If a director or studio is accused of abuse or exploitation, they must freeze all future production until a government-led investigation can conclude. II. If any director or studio is found, after a thorough government investigation, to be guilty of such crimes, the director shall be liable to up to 20 years in prison, and all members of the studio found guilty shall be similarly eligible for prison time and the studio shall be dissolved. III. If any individual director is found to be guilty, the director’s studio shall be liable to pay a hefty sum of money (up to 5,000k per victim) or face dissolution by the government. IV. If a whole studio is to be found guilty, the studio shall be forcibly dissolved and its profits given to the exploited worker’s. V. To prevent addiction to pornography, the government shall establish: • (a): A mental health call-line to anonymously seek help for said addiction; • (b): A series of physical mental health clinics to help those who are seeking help for addiction or possible addiction, and; • (c): heavily restrict and limit the advertising of pornography to ensure no addicts relapse once they have been set on the path to recovery VI. All websites which depict pornography shall require an age verification to enter, and Likatonians must be 18+ to view such content. There will henceforth be a serial number added to all Likatonian IDs that must be entered in all adult websites, but is solely used for this function to reduce the risk of identity theft that could be associated with being required to share your entire ID card. VII. All pornography depicting violence, or violent acts (such as BDSM, CNC, etc.) shall be banned. The government does not limit what people will be able to do in their own privacy between consenting adults, but the filming and distribution of such acts shall henceforth be illegal. |
