As previously argued (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7244&start=480#p178138), we believe it is time for our nation to move forward and leave religion as a vestige of the past in our nation at the State level. For this purpose, when this bill is approved it shall immediately have effect.
