| This act shall determine Aloria's position to the use of Chemical, Biological and Nuclear Weapons in warfare. Article 1 Use of Chemical Weapons The Government of the Kingdom of Aloria shall never use chemical weapons in warfare even when attacked with such weapons. However research on such weapons will continue with the goal of research means to combat and prevention the lethal affects of such weapons. Article 2 Use of Biological Weapons The Government of the Kingdom of Aloria shall never use biological weapons in warfare even when attacked with such weapons. However research on such weapons will continue with the goal of research means to combat and prevention the lethal affects of such weapons. Article 3 Use of Nuclear Weapons The Government of the Kingdom of Aloria shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare even when attacked with such weapons. Article 4 Position on Such Weapons It is Aloria's position that these weapons are inhumane, cruel and unnecessary and the risks of using such weapons in warfare and the devastation caused simply do not justify their use. |
