Higher Education Act of 5106 ARTICLE I: The nation shall maintain a network of higher education institutions throughout the nation. ARTICLE II: These facilities will have a higher interest in vocational education, encourage young Likatonians to develop skills outside academia to prepare the full population for life. ARTICLE III: The government shall hereby fully subsidize all tuition to encourage all Likatonians to pursue higher education, and to especially hone vocational skills that will serve them in the long run. |
