| Gated living communities shall be legalized. An agency shall be established, known as the "Non-Standard Living Communities Commission," abbreviated as the NLC. It will be responsible for enforcing non-discrimination policies toward gated communities. Each gated living community shall be required to be approved by the NLC before being approved. The government may create gated communities itself for specific purposes in regards to the housing of specific groups that would be benefited by the establishment of gated living communities, such as off-base military personnel. |
