To provide for merit-based school entry. A select number of college and universities, as well as high school level schools, may be selective in their admissions to allow for a group of schools more oriented toward students with exceptional skill compared to the national average. This shall be regulated heavily by the Ministry of Education, who shall enforce strict equal opportunity regulations and ensure that the schools do not lead to significantly increased stress within the Kundrati student population. |
