| The Diet hereby with the passage of this resolution empower the Central government to exercise all and any powers of the State government.The State government for the period of atleast 18 months (for now) will remain suspended & dismissed due to inability of state government to act against racist policies. The Government through Secretary for Internal Affairs or via special appointment of Secretary for Erneshire Affairs may regulate & carry out day to day affairs of the state.The government will present reports regarding the activities in state after every two months.Every major law implementation in State will require Diet's approval. Diet hereby approves immediate termination of all & any segregationist policies being implemented in the state of Erneshire. The Diet can extend the period for another 18 months by a majority vote of Diet through a special resolution. This resolution requires a majority vote of Imperial Diet to get passed. |
