| The purpose of this law is to establish regional assemblies through which each Region may engage in self-government. These assemblies are necessary in light of the large number of subjects which have already been devolved to the regions. I. NAMING. Each Region may name its own parliament as appropriate. Until such a time as a Region changes the name of its parliament, the name of each Region's parliament will be as follows: Regional Assembly of Mondalat; Regional Assembly of La Vallée; Regional Assembly of Nouvelle Orange; Regional Assembly of Bendérie; Regional Assembly of Arcogne. II. COMPOSITION. Each Region's parliament will be comprised of 100 seats. III. ELECTIONS. Each Region's parliament will be elected under the same rules as the National Assembly. Elections for each Region's parliament will take place concurrently with those of the National Assembly. [OOC: The composition of each Region's parliament will be determined by the National Assembly election results for that region in the most recent legislative election. Each party will receive the same proportion of seats in each Region's parliament as it received votes in the most recent legislative election. Remaining seats will be allocated to the largest party.] IV.
