| The Artanian Development Fund (ADF) is formed by the Kingdom of Dorvik with an initial capital investment of 5b LOD and permits other Artanian nations to voluntarily contribute to the fund. The ADF is meant to assist countries inside Artania and outside Artanian through a variety of means. The Artanian Development Fund will be managed by an appointed General-Director and will have a Board of Directors which will consist of 1 member from each contributing country for a total of 13 members. |
