| This piece of legislation and the following proposed amendments will is a part of long fought for push to decentralize Likatonia, and give more power back to local governments and the people. Over the last 20 years Likatonia has seen strong Likatonian governments that have been in over their head, with rising inflation, lack of investment in poor communities, modernization of rural communities, Healthcare expansion, etc. The Power To The People Act will allow local governments and the people to work on projects and legislation that will help their communities more efficiently while the Federal Government works on larger projects. |

Old value:: Abortion is allowed during the entire course of the pregnancy.
