Bill: End To Religious Tyranny Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratic Freedom Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 5155
Description[?]:
Mordusia is a nation of freedom and choice. It is against the values of this nation to favour the views of one citizen over another if it is not damaging anyone else. The Legion's mandatory religious law has, for too long, damaged not just our standing on Terra but our moral standing. It is an unfair practice to demand all our citizens must follow through with one religion. Our national value of choice aligns with secularism. This act also reverses some of the most unfair and anti-choice legislation passed previously, such as the injection of religious belief to be mandatory in schools, the anti-trans Legion legislation, and more. |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
