Section 1

There shall be a Table of Ranks maintained by the Royal Court which avails information on the equivalence of administrative grades (including security forces) to titles of nobility.

Section 2
All public servants ranked above the level of Principal Officer in the Royal Administrative Service shall be automatically availed with a hereditary title of nobility with all attendant privileges.

Section 3
The Khan may revoke noble status where it proves justified and necessary to do so.

Section 4
Members of the old nobility shall receive pensions equivalent to those of retired public servants of a similar rank.
