| Article 1: Airway Nationalization Act (Bill), 5199 nationalizes all the Airports and Airlines operating within the jurisdiction of Malivia. (1A) In lieu of such acquisition of assets undertaken by the Government, a committee shall be formed to compensate the parties concerned. (1B) The committee shall consist of five members and shall be headed by the Minister in charge of Infrastructural developments. Article 2: A separate regulatory authority shall be established to regulate and monitor all the foreign Airlines operating within the territory of Malivia. (2A) All Foreign Airlines, operating within the territory of Malivia must register with the aforesaid regulatory authority. (2B) All Foreign Airlines operating/wish to operate within the territory of Malivia shall be exempted from the provisions enshrined in Article 1 of the Airway Nationalization Act (Bill), 5199, subject to adherence to article 2 of the Airway Nationalization Act (Bill), 5199 and approval of the Foreign Affairs Ministry. Article 3: The Airway Nationalization Act (Bill), 5199 can be repealed/amended anytime by the Government Of Malivia subject to the approval of the Pratinidhi Sabha. |
