As per signature of her majesty the queen and the Prefect of the Council Royal Decree 01 will henceforth take effect

Act 1 "Velvet Movement"
-The Velvet Movement political party will, from this day onward, be disbanded
-The Velvet Movement shall be registered as a organization of which any entity or individual can become a member
-The Velvet Movement shall receive "Crown Preference", with any entity or individual a member of it receiving preferential treatment by the crown

Act 2 "Party Regulations"
-Any political party not a member of the Velvet Movement shall receive NO public funding
-The Crown calls upon the Grand Council to ban raising private funding for political parties
-The SSA shall henceforth be authorized to conduct surveilance and intervention missions against those deemed a threat to the Crown
