The art form known as Satire will be protected as freedom of Speech, and will not infringe upon copyright laws. An individual's work will be protected under this act as satire if it 1) changes the original art in ways that makes it recognizable as a derivation of the original art, but enough changes are made that it can stand as its own art. 2) was created to present a message, or a humorous twist, on something recognizable. |
