| The State Armaments and Production Committee will henceforth be part of the Office of the Defense Minister and cease to be part of the Office of the President. As part of the Office of the Defense Minister, the State Armaments and Production Committee will continue to insure that military equipment is produced by the Majatran Organization for Industrialization facilities. |
