This project aims at diversification of the economy and expansion export capacity.

Plans:

- 10 Fertiliser factories (2 per state). The fertiliser will be made from Lignite mined in Valruzia
- Diversion of coal from simple export to create 200 million tones of cement (p/a).
- Diversion of refined oil into the creation of carbon fibre and asphalt.
- Opening the first silicon mines nationwide with a mining capacity totalling 100,000 tones per year. This silicon will be used to establish a semi conductor industry withing Valruzia. There will be 10 semi conductor factories.
- Opening mines for nickel and copper with a capacity of 1 million tones per year each. Half of this output will be used to manufacture ammunition. There will be 15 nationwide ammunition factories

The funds allocated to this project will total 15 billion VPO
