Description[?]:
(1) By the virtue of this act, Maliviya would be known as Maliviya Rajtantra or, The Monarchy Of Maliviya. (2) A parliamentary committee will be set up to oversee the transition from Democray to Elective momarchy. (3) The Head of The State shall took the charge of Head of Government assisted by a Royal Council. (4) The Monarch shall hold nominal power, the Royal Council being the decision making body. (5) The Royal Council will draft a Constitution for the functioning of the country. (6) In an Elective Monarchy, the Monarch will be elected by the Royal Council given the death of the reigning Monarch. The post of Monarch is perpetual but not hereditary. (7) The Parliament shall oversee and control the Army and Police. (8) The Monarch shall have his/her own Royal Guards. (9) The Parliament or, Royal Council may amend, repeal, add any provision. |
