==Introduction==
For a long time, various organizations from different countries dedicated to the analysis of the armed forces of different countries, have cataloged the Armed Forces of Talmoria as one of the most corrupt and inefficient in the history of Terra, that is why with these reforms we believe that we could be able to reduce all this and get out of the hole in which our armed forces are stuck thanks to corruption and mismanagement.

==Reforms==
The TNK proposes the following military reforms in front of Parliament:

1. The government will agree to deliver more budget to the Armed Forces to be able to open and maintain new officer schools, which have a good quality to be able to reform the officer corps.

2. A new body independent of the Executive Power will be created with the purpose of investigating, finding and controlling corruption in the armed forces, in case any of these cases are found, the Officers will be immediately stripped of their positions without the possibility of joining the army as an officer unless they are found innocent in court.

3. Corruption will not be tolerated in the Armed Forces, from the approval of this bill the Minister of Defense will have the power to Eliminate all officers in their ranks suspected of corruption and will be replaced by new Officers from the old officer schools and from the new ones when finish their construction.

4. To ensure the quality of education in military schools, the educational systems of the most advanced countries in this field will be taken as a reference.

5. The institution mentioned in article 2 should do everything possible to create a "high-risk low-profit" condition for those who are thinking of engaging in corruption.

6. The salaries of the Armed Forces should rise when the economic state of the country does, the pay for the officers will increase progressively according to their rank in order to discourage high ranks from engaging in corruption when they are most likely to do so, in addition to being constantly reminded of the consequences that entering corruption can have, such as the increased difficulty of getting a good job due to a criminal record of corruption present in those guilty of these crimes.
