Description[?]:
Kanjor is a nation on the continent of Seleya whose dominant culture and ethnic group is the Canrillaise (based on French). Kanjor is based on Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay, but with French rather than Spanish as the main language. Kanjor is one of the Canrillaise nations (generally classified as Alduria, Rildanor, Kanjor and Lourenne), and shares with them a history of colonization by Selucia (based on Ancient Rome) and the use of Canrillaise, a Selucian (Latin)-based creole language. Kanjoriens believe themselves to be the "Cultural Center of the Canrillaise world", although this claim is ignored outside the nation. Mainlanders tend to be more socially conservative, business-oriented and religious; Islanders tend to be more socially progressive, collectivist-oriented and secular. ETHNICITY -- 84% Canrillaise (French) ---- 78% Kanjorien (Chilean, Agentine, and Uruguayan) ---- 3% Rildanorian (Colombian and Venezuelan) ---- 2% Aldurian (Peruvian, Bolivian, and Ecuadorian) ---- 1% Lourennais (Central American) -- 11% Indigenous ---- 10% Willitu (Mapuche) ---- 1% Other -- 2% Mordusian (Australian and New Zealand English) -- 1% Duntrekker (Afrikaner) -- 2% Other RELIGION -- 80% Hosianism (Christianity) ---- 75% Aurorian Patriarchal Church (equivalent to Roman Catholicism) ---- 3% Ameliorate Churches (Calvinism/ Reform Churches) ---- 2% Bishopal Churches (Episcopalian/Anglican) -- 10% Agnostic or Atheist -- 5% Indigenous beliefs -- 5% Other (Admadism (Islam), Yeudism (Jewish), etc.) LANGUAGE The main language in Kanjor is Canrillaise (French), a creole language derived from the vulgar Selucian (Latin) dialects spoken on Selucia's island of Aquilonia. The Willitu language (Mapudungun) is in use among the Willitu, although most are also fluent in Canrillaise. -- French names (https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/french_names.php) -- Mapuche names (http://www.mapuche.info/docs/NombresMapuche.html) -- Australian English names (https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/australian-names.php) -- Afrikaner names (https://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/afrikaner-names.php) -- Language translations: https://translate.google.com Game Rules: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=8088 Cultural Protocols Index: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=6365 History: https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/History_of_Kanjor Religions: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Aurorian_Patriarchal_Church http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Restored_Ameliorate_Church_of_Saridan http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Bishopal_Church |
