WHEREAS the Constitution empowers the President to appoint, a Chairman of the Reserve Bank of Lodamun, to manage its day-to-day operations and to provide strategic direction in pursuit of achieving its mandate, BE IT RESOLVED that this National Congress do consider the appointment of Dr Isabel Burton as Chairman of the Reserve Bank of Lodamun for a period not exceeding 12 years following the passing of this resolution. 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 Dr Isabel Burton is an experienced central banker having operated in the system for more than 20 years. After earning her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Berkwaki, she went on to complete a PhD in the subject at Kaliburg National University. Much of her research focuses on macroeconomic policy and international finance with a tilt towards the developing world. She has published numerous scholarly letters and is a highly sought-after adviser on matters related to economic policy. |
