WHEREAS the National Investigations Bureau Act empowers the President to appoint, a Director of the National Investigations Bureau, to manage its day-to-day operations and to provide strategic direction in pursuit of achieving its mandate, BE IT RESOLVED that this National Congress do consider the appointment of Nicholas Moss as Director of the National Investigations Bureau for a period not exceeding 12 years following the passing of this resolution. 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 Mr Nicholas Moss is a former Appeals Court Judge with extensive experience. with an impressive academic background with a law degree from the University of Newchester and a Juris Doctor from the Barrington Law School, he obtained notoriety for his impartiality and sound judgement. |
