Article 1 - This act of the legislature of Ikradon recognizes the historical importance of Ikradonian (OOC: Dutch) and notes that Ikradonian is the de facto historical language of Ikradon;

Article 2 - This act of the legislature of Ikradon recognizes the status of national language to be both Ikradonian (OOC: Dutch) and Luthorian (OOC: English) to be equally taught and prioritized.

OOC: This is a flavor RP law to provide some RP background to the changes in Ikradon.
