| Elias Muller, Federal Minister of Defence: Dear colleagues, ever since the restoration of the Republic, more than 45 years ago, Dundorf has never undergone a serious renovation of the Bundeswehr (luthorian: Federal Defence Force), which results now untrained and uneffective. We have a duty to rebuild and modernize our military, starting with empowering the Air Force with new Union Fighter jets that will come in the future from the Dorvish Kingdom, and with a plan to increase by 25% the size of the Bundeswehr. This plan predicts that we will reach the desired size in four years, with the possibility of buying other equipment other than the jets remaining open. Article 1) The Ministry of Defence is authorized to proceed to recruit 45.000 new active personnel, subdivided in 33.500 new members of the Heer, 11.000 new members of the Luftwaffe and 500 new members of the Flusswache. The recruitment period is set to be 5263-5267, and the funding for it shall entirely come from the Defence budget. |
