| Purpose: To regulate uranium mining in Kundrati with a focus on fair worker treatment, sustainability, and ecological protection. Section 1: Worker Treatment 1.1. Workers must be provided with adequate safety equipment and training to protect themselves from the risks associated with uranium mining. 1.3. Mining companies must ensure that workers have access to medical care and compensation for any injuries sustained while on the job. Section 2: Sustainability 2.1. Mining companies must implement sustainable mining practices to minimize the impact on the environment. 2.2. Companies must conduct environmental impact assessments prior to starting mining operations. 2.3. Mining companies must implement measures to mitigate the impact of mining activities on the environment, such as reclamation and rehabilitation of mining sites. Section 3: Ecological Regulations 3.1. Mining companies must comply with all relevant environmental laws and regulations. 3.2. Companies must implement measures to prevent pollution of air, water, and soil during mining operations. 3.3. Mining companies must ensure that the storage and disposal of radioactive waste is done safely and in compliance with relevant regulations. Section 4: Licensing and Compliance 4.1. Its implementation aims to ensure that uranium mining in Kundrati is carried out in a safe and sustainable manner that benefits both workers and the environment. |
