Bill: Religion Reform Act of February 5278

Details

Submitted by[?]: Kómma Ethnikón Meionotíton

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 5278

Description[?]:

After reviewing acts and laws made by former governments, we came to the conclusion that sometimes government unnecessarily intervenes in religion. In a progressive, multicultural Kalopia there's no place for one and only state religion.
And we also think that appointing all ministers of religion is unnecessary, however, we do understand some dangers or cautions, so we propose to keep the veto, in case of any problematic candidates for ministers.

Melek Şahin,
Ministry of Education and Culture (KEM)

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.

Random quote: "Proud Darnussians? Darnussian is an insult, nothing more! You should all try to be more like we are, the Narikatonites!" - Nikolai Shukanov, former Narikatonite politician
