Designed to start the steps towards economic recovery, the NEP Stage 1 aims to be the first step at economic recovery.

Phase 1: Various cities across the country that are sufficiently deemed prosperous shall receive various tax breaks on corporations residing in said cities. Those cities will have the goal of attracting foreign investors and companies to boost the local economy.

Phase 2: Areas that are deemed underdeveloped will receive investments though not massive, to prevent economic inequality and ensure said areas are uplifted to sustainable and cost effective standards.

Phase 3: Rural areas and underdeveloped areas will begin a gradual industrialization program to increase economic output of not only the nation but the province in which Phase 3 occurs.

Should this pass, the NEP Stage 1 will go into effect immediately.
