Section 1: Introduction
1.1 This bill aims to address the pressing issue of water scarcity in the eastern half of Beiteynu, particularly in the semi-arid region of the Desert Bank.
1.2 The National Water Grid Agency, an independent authority under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the proposed water infrastructure development projects.

Section 2: Construction of Storage Tanks
