| We hereby propose the following adjustments to the structure of the Beiteynuese Government: Organisations: - Merge the Registry of Electronic & Print Media (HOG) into the Head of Government - Merge the Registry of Organisations & Corporations (HOG) into the MOFIN - Change the Registry of Embassies & Ambassadors (MOFA) into the Medinat Department under the MOFA - Change the Agency for Local Development and Federal Governments (MOIA) into the Federal Development Association under the MOFIN - Merge the Seamen's Pension Fund (MOFIN) with the National Deposit & Loans Fund (MOFIN) - Merge the Federal Trade Association (MOFIN) with the International Trade Association funded by the MOFIN - Merge the Securities & Exchange Commission (MOFIN) into the Internal Revenue Service funded by the MOFIN - Merge the Department of Ground Forces (MOD), Department of Naval Command (MOD) and Department of Air Force (MOD) into the MOD - Merge the National Mass Transit System (MOIT) and the Beipon Railway Network (MOIT) into the Beiteynuese Rakevet (MOIT) - Merge the Registry of National Academies & Libraries (MOEC) into the MOEC - Merge the Department of International Cultural & Sports Events (MOEC) into the Department of Cultural Integration & Association (MOEC) - Change the Department of Digital Transformation & Governance (MOIT) and the Tactical Bureau of Intelligence (MOIT) into independent authorities which will be free to pursue their own independent policies and agendas nationally and internationally Independent Authorities: - Merge the Organisation of National Telecommunications (MOIT) with the Telecommunications and Post Commission (MOIT) Special Offices: - Disband the Liaison Office of the Trans-Majatran Corridors Network (MOIT) - Change the TRA Oversight Committee (MOJ) into the Intelligence Oversight Committee as an independent authority funded by the MOJ These changes will take effect in 5300 and shall be accompanied by the relevant spending adjustments.
