Description[?]:
Under the previous Government, Welfare in Badara has been distributed unfairly to those already in financial stability, while overlooking the poorer in society. The new Government changes the system of Welfare, to ensure everyone is given a fair chance. Article 1 guarantees child benefit for those on low income or with large families. Article 2 removes the possibility of Governorates from having ulterior motives by having welfare distributed from the national Government. Article 3 allows Local Governments to decide on homeless shelters, allowing for resources to be diverted elsewhere if necessary. |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
