| This act of the State Council, known formally as the State Defense Law, hereby enacts: Article 1 - This act of the State Council revokes any previous articles or provisions of the State Defense Law; Article 2 - This act of the State Council prohibits the formation of any political parties or political organizations that are Liberal, Left-wing, Communist or Socialist in ideology or nature; Article 3 - This act of the State Council empowers the police, security and intelligence authorities within Dorvik to enforce the provisions of this act of the State Council and grants the State Election's Commission the oversight of such provisions; Article 4 - This act of the State Council can be revoked by a simple majority in the State Council. Article 5 - This act of the State Council amends the previous State Defense Law (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=646440). |
